To create safety and comfort for pedestrians, the Sawah Besar Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit has started repairing two broken sidewalks and collapsed gutter alongside Jalan Pintu Air Raya, Pasar Baru Urban Village, Sawah Besar Sub-district, Central Jakarta.

Sawah Besar Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head, Hezkiel Saytawiguna expressed it was carried out to follow up on citizen complaints via CRM application.

"The gutter is replaced with a new canteen, we also repair the sidewalk by replacing damaged paving blocks," he expressed, Wednesday (10/27).

To conduct it, as many as six personnel had been deployed to the location. The average size of the repaired sidewalks is 1.4 meters w ith 0.4 meters width. As for the change in the canteen, it measures 6x2 centimeters and consumes one kilogram of cement.

"After being repaired, pedestrians who pass by can still feel safe and comfortable," he stated.
